Teachers of Our School Participated in the 2023 Teaching Annual Conference and Marketing Discipline Development Forum of the Chinese Marketing Association of Universities
During December 7-10, the 2023 Teaching Annual Conference and Marketing Discipline Development Forum of the Chinese Marketing Association of Universities was held in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. The conference was sponsored by the Chinese Marketing Association of Universities and organized by the School of Management of Shenzhen University. The theme of this annual conference was “Marketing Talent Training and Discipline Construction in the Context of High-quality Development.” Some teachers of the Department of Marketing of our school participated in this conference, and discussed issues related to the cultivation of marketing talents and the construction of marketing disciplines in the context of high-quality economic development with more than 300 marketing leaders and backbone teachers from 166 colleges and universities, shared teaching experience, and jointly promoted the construction of marketing majors in China.
Professor Wang Yi of our school gave a speech entitled “Practice is the best teacher!” to share the guidance experience of CMAU Marketing Planning Competition.
Associate Professor Gu Leilei of our school delivered a speech titled “What Role Should Education and Marketing Play in the Construction of a Strong Country? - Some Thoughts on the Construction of Big Data Marketing,” to share and exchange ideas at the Professional Discipline Development Forum and the Joint Meeting of Professional Leaders.
Associate Professor Yao Kai of our school gave a closing speech on the topic of “Exploration and Thinking on the Promotion of New Business Construction by Marketing Planning Competition.”
The teaching achievement of the "Big Data Marketing" course team led by Professor Li Ji of our school, “Teaching Reform and Practice of the ‘Big Data Marketing’ Course,” won the third prize for teaching achievement.
