The topic of Professor Liu Zixu's lecture was “How can photovoltaic enterprises achieve 'contrarian R&D' in the decline of subsidies?” How can photovoltaic enterprises achieve 'contrarian R&D' in the decline of subsidies took the "531 New Deal" in the photovoltaic industry as the scenario, and used the PSM-DID method to find that the overall level of R&D investment of enterprises has increased after the subsidy was reduced. Based on the perspective of organizational ecology, the synergistic influence mechanism of six factors from the two dimensions of "environmental pressure and organizational adaptation” was discussed through the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) method, and the three types of configuration patterns were identified for the upstream and middle enterprises in the photovoltaic industry to increase R&D investment against the trend after the subsidy decline. This study analyzes the impact of policy environment on enterprise innovation from the perspective of "subsidy decline". Moreover, the interaction mechanism between "environmental logic" and "organizational logic" in the framework of organizational ecology is discussed.
After the sharing, the participating teachers and students actively discussed topics such as theoretical derivation, robustness of conclusions, and research methods in response to the theme of Mr. Liu's lecture, further promoting the in-depth exchange in academic research.
