The faculty members of the Business School, with the mission of "contributing new knowledge in management," and starting from the perspective of "researching Chinese issues and telling the Chinese story well," focus on important issues in the economic and social development of China. They actively engage in scientific research in the field of management. The Business School provides comprehensive support to its faculty members in scientific research, academic exchange, and project application. It regularly hosts the Academic Forum of Excellence, inviting scholars from both domestic and international organizations to share cutting-edge management thoughts. It also implements an academic exchange support program, encouraging faculty members to engage with peers to discuss management-related theories and practical issues. The School supports the development of disciplinary directions and research institutions, advocating for faculty members to conduct scientific research in response to the changes of the times and the needs of the country. Additionally, it organizes meetings for project application mobilization and experience exchange, encouraging faculty members to actively participate in project applications and inviting experienced experts and scholars to provide one-on-one guidance to applicants.
With the strong support of the Business School and the concerted efforts of its faculty members, the School has achieved remarkable success in recent years in applying for state-level projects. In the future, the School will further strengthen its support and service efforts in scientific research, academic exchange, and project application, providing robust support for the "double first-class" discipline development of the School.
