The Launch Ceremony of the China Enterprise Case Study Research Base successfully Held at the Central University of Finance and Economics

On July 11, the launch ceremony of the China Enterprise Case Study Research Base was successfully held at the Business School, Central University of Finance the School and Economics. The launch ceremony was held in a "offline + online" format. The China Enterprise Case Study Research Base is a "production-education-research" cooperation platform project co-hosted by the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center under the Ministry of Education and the China Enterprise Confederation. Our university was selected as one of the first corporate case study research bases nationwide and will engage in in-depth cooperation with China Greatwall Technology Group Co., Ltd. The expert team of the base consists of faculty members from the Business School, the School of Accounting, and the School of Finance of our university, as well as from Tongji University.

The chief expert of the base, President Ma Haitao of Central University of Finance and Economics, Xie Qinglin, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the China Greatwall Technology Group Co., Ltd., Ji Jianxiong, Deputy General Manager of the Strategic Development Department (acting as the department head) of China Greatwall Technology Group Co., Ltd., Xia Taiping, Deputy General Manager of the Strategic Development Department, as well as research team members Lin Song, Chen Yunsen, Liu Shubo, Zheng Dengjin, Ding Na, Wei Feng, Liu Xiaoyuan, Gu Leilei, Li Jiapeng, and Liu Zixu, and representatives of the case enterprises, totaling over 20 people, attended the launch ceremony. The launch ceremony was hosted by Lin Song, Dean of the Business School and Director of the MBA Education Center.

President Ma Haitao delivered a speech on behalf of the expert team. He noted that the Central University of Finance and Economics has long been actively concerned with the latest practices in Chinese enterprise operations and has achieved significant results in case study research. The cooperation with the China Greatwall Technology Group Co., Ltd. represents a new milestone in the case study research and management discipline development of Central University of Finance and Economics. President Ma expressed the hope that this case study research cooperation would serve as an opportunity to further strengthen university-enterprise cooperation, promote the theoretical development of management practices, encourage faculty to engage with enterprises, integrate theory with management practices, enhance the theoretical depth of case studies, and contribute to the development of an autonomous knowledge system in Chinese management science.

Subsequently, Deputy General Manager Ji Jianxiong provided a detailed introduction to China Greatwall Technology Group. It has established a product spectrum with complete autonomous intellectual property rights, ranging from chips, desktop computers, laptops, servers, network switching equipment to application systems. Currently, China Greatwall Technology Group is also facing new strategic opportunities and challenges.
