2017 Sino-European Enterprise Management Symposium

Background

In recent 10 years, Europe has become an important market for Chinese enterprises’ business expanding overseas. A large number of Chinese enterprises have been getting involved in M&As and direct investment in Europe. However, due to differences in cultures, economic and legal systems etc, Chinese enterprises have encountered confusions and challenges. On the other hand, China's economic development and social transformation also provide great opportunities and challenges for the development of European enterprises in China. These issues provide a strong background for this symposium.

This symposium will be mainly for Chinese enterprises willing to expand market in Europe as well as European enterprises that have major interest in China’s economic prospects and future opportunities, scholars and senior postgraduates in the field of MNCs management. The symposium will invite participants from the Chinese and European business and scholars in related fields to provide a series of forward-looking Sino European Business Management Practices Reports jointly. At the same time, the symposium also provides a section of on-site communication and discussion for audience and guests interacting.

2017中欧企业管理研讨会

一、背景

近年来，欧洲已经成为中国企业进军海外的一个重要市场，大量中国企业在欧洲进行并购和直接投资。不过，由于经济、法律、文化等方面的差异，中国企业也遇到了一些困惑和挑战。另一方面，中国的经济发展和社会转型，也为欧洲企业在中国的发展提供了巨大的机遇和挑战。这些问题为本次论坛提供了强有力的背景。
