In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, conscientiously implement the spirit of the “Work Plan for the Promotion of Investigation and Research in the Whole Party”, respond to the needs of faculty members for discussion and research, and improve the level of official document and message writing of faculty members, on the morning of April 10, the Business School organized a training on improving official document and message writing skills at the Conference Room A28 of the MBA Education Center. All administrative staff attended this training, which was presided over by Yang Zhongying, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Business School.

    Liu Xing, deputy director of the school office, was invited to give lectures during this training. Based on the requirements of official document writing and combined with his own work experience, Liu Xing systematically taught the knowledge in terms of official document and message writing, explained the main characteristics, standardized writing, precautions, and confusing concepts of commonly used official documents and messages such as notices, requests, reports and minutes in details, and conducted in-depth analysis on the basis of typical cases in his work.

    The attending teachers listened attentively and had in-depth discussions with Liu Xing on relevant issues encountered in daily work. They said that the content of the official document writing training was practical and highly targeted, and they would further summarize the training content seriously and apply it to their daily work. This training has further improved the administrative staff's understanding of official document writing, and can help to improve the document-writing capabilities and overall quality of the administrative staff.
