On October 27, 2014, Ms.Oksana Carlson, Assistant Dean of Business School, Johns Hopkins University visited the Business School, CUFE. Zhang Xiaoyan, Director of the University International Cooperation Office, Li Hanjun, Deputy Director of the University International Cooperation Office and Ge Jianxin, Secretary of Party General Branch of Business School received the guests.
At first, the two sides introduced their courses and syllabi, subject characteristics and development direction. Both sides agreed that it is necessary to have more cooperation in teacher communication, student exchange and scientific research projects. Then, Ms. Oksana Carlson gave a special presentation for students from CUFE Business School on education project information sharing of Master of Business of Business School, Johns Hopkins University. She also set a Q&A section for students who are interested.
Johns Hopkins University was founded in 1876, with main campus located in Baltimore, Maryland, and sub-campus in Washington, D. C. As the first research university in the US, it is one of the most famous private universities in the world and one of the 14 initiator universities of AAU. It ranks the 15th in the world by Times Higher Education in 2014.
